standards of indus. From deluxe hotels to more modest three star

Hotels can be booked on accommodation only basis. Flight only
can also be arranged.

Individual and Group Tours
We offer a 7 night inclusive Treasures
of Tunisia Tour and a 2 night inclusive Safari Excursion Tour
both of which operate on a weekly group basis throughout the year.
Private tours are available on request and sample itineraries
are shown in our brochure.
Our group tours allow visitors to experience the vast expanse
of the Sahara Desert, wander deep into antiquity through a fascinating
landscape of Roman remains and to visit the sites where blockbuster
films were shot including Star Wars and the English Patient. On
these tours visitors will be able to touch the very heart of the
land in villages still dominated by their ancient fortifications
where you will hear the call of the Mullah echo down the deep
valleys.
Group Tours
All the tours in the brochure can be offered on a group basis,
and are a guide to the variety of tours offered in Tunisia.
Group tours are ideal for those wishing to travel with like-minded
people on a journey of discovery through this intriguing land.
Whether a single traveller, a couple or family group there is
sure to be a tour to suit your party. Group sizes vary according
to demand, but only operate with a minimum of four people. Please

Specialist activities
Tunisia offers a wonderful selection of activities to compliment

for the avid golfer, whilst the clear light and intense local

Fly/Drive
From hiring a car for the day to enjoy the local countryside,

chauffeur/guide to take you on a drive of a lifetime - perhaps

Staff and Travel Information
Our Tunisian desk staff are all travel professionals. They travel
on a regular basis to Tunisia to keep up to date with all the
latest developments within the tourism industry. They monitor
the hotels, tours and travel arrangements. With a continuing policy
of staff training, indus has been recognised by the Business Link
and Learning and Skills Council, and in 1998 indus won the Investor
in People Award.

Hotels and Meals
We offer an excellent selection of hotels - from exclusive
'Member of the Leading Hotels of the World' to the
more modest but comfortable rural hotels (particularly away from
the coast where the flavour is rustic and traditional). The meals
are usually a combination of European fare mingled with flavours
of Tunisia - local delicacies include Brik, a delicious
triangle of pastry filled with tuna and egg, Tunisian Tajine a
scrumptious 'omelette', and the delicious sweet Droight
de Fatima. Do try the fiery Harissa -spread it on crusty
French bread, eat a few local olives and sip a glass of the surprisingly
good Tunisian Wine!
The food in many local cafes and restaurants is often French
based with a delightful 'Tunisian' twist. Snacks are
also gaining popularity. Fish restaurants offer wonderful fresh
fish caught and landed the same day.
Standard international practice is to let rooms from midday to
midday. However times do vary. Check in times are usually between
2 pm and 3 pm, check out times between 11am and noon on the day
of departure. Before booking please check with us for the times
for your particular hotel. Day rooms can be arranged subject to
availability/cost.
International and Internal Travel
We work closely with the national carrier - Tunisair and
British Airways (operated by GB Airways) who offer convenient
direct scheduled flights from Heathrow and Gatwick into Tunis,
and also Nouvelair who operate scheduled and charter flights from
regional airports into Monastir.
For clients travelling from regional airports we have competitive
rates for connecting flights to Heathrow and Gatwick, if direct
flights are not available.

Flight Upgrades/Private Transfers
Discounted upgrades are available for Business Class flight
seats. Airport transfers are provided to your hotel in Tunisia.
It is possible however for clients to book the exclusive use of
their own vehicle (a supplement may be applicable).
Excursions
We offer a comprehensive selection of tour excursions. All may
be taken from hotels in Hammamet, Port El Kantaoui and Sousse
and can be booked at the same time as your holiday or at your

Conference and Incentives
Tunisia is fast becoming a favourite Conference and Incentive
venue. All year round sun and mild winters make this a great destination
to gather for a relaxing yet fruitful conference.
Visas
British passport holders do not need a visa for Tunisia. However
please make sure there is at least six months to run on the current
passport. If you do not hold a British passport a visa may be
required. Please ask our sales team for further information.
Health & Insurance
We suggest all clients travelling abroad should consult their

It is essential that all travellers be covered by adequate Travel
Insurance. We have a competitively priced policy - just ask for
details.

We abide by ABTA's rules and code of conduct. In order to
ensure that the monies you pay for your holiday are protected
we will issue a confirmation invoice showing details of the services
that you have booked including the price and the amount of monies
paid by you.
If you are booking through an agent you should check the details
carefully and advise us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
